I will forever be the teacher and the student, which helps strengthen my approach to improving the lives of others. I became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2012 and practiced in a primary care setting for several years before deciding to further my education. The goal to become Board Certified in both Family Medicine and in Psychiatry/Mental Health as a Nurse Practitioner was met to serve the needs of the community. My focus at Sequence To Health (S2H) is to inspire the mind to improve the body. We incorporate both traditional medicine as well as complementary alternative therapies to ensure optimal outcomes.
At S2H, the integrated approach of Primary Care and Mental Health allows for continuity of care. We focus on solutions and not problems because our ultimate goal is for you to be Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous!

DOT Physical Exam

Our Suboxone Treatment Program
Includes: medical history review, hearing and vision test, urine test, and physical exam. We review blood pressure, heart rate, weight, and body mass index. Once completed and if passed, we will complete all required forms.
