Accepting New Patients
Before scheduling an appointment, please be aware that we operate as a membership-based care clinic. Effective January 2026, all patients, both new and existing, must enroll as members to continue receiving care. Please review the details below in full before scheduling your appointment, as the only exceptions to this policy are for those with Hip Nation/Sedera Health and Medicare insurance.
Our practice operates on a membership-based care model designed to support whole-person health — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This approach allows us to move beyond rushed, visit-by-visit care and instead provide thoughtful, relationship-centered support tailored to each patient.
Beginning January 1, 2026, all patients will be cared for under this membership model, regardless of insurance status.
Please see our "Pricing" section if you are unfamiliar with the pricing of our membership-based care model before scheduling an appointment as this applies to everyone!
New patients and returning patients who have not been seen in 2026 may choose to pay the full self-pay rate for their initial visit if they decide not to enroll in a membership. If the self-pay option is selected, insurance will not be billed for this visit and no additional visits will be scheduled unless a membership is established.

For non members, we charge a $35.00 fee for no-shows and late cancellations (less than 12 hours before an appointment)
When scheduling an appointment, all patients are required to provide valid credit or debit card information. Your card will not be charged at the time of scheduling. Payment will be processed at the time of your visit, with your authorization.
